This Letter of Intent ("LOI") sets forth the standard terms and conditions for Boon's 30-day free trial program. Specific trial details including start date, end date, pricing, and plan selection are set forth in the accompanying quote document, which incorporates these terms by reference.
Trial Period
Your 30-day trial begins on the date the quote is signed and continues for 30 calendar days. Specific start and end dates will be confirmed on your receipt.
Trial Scope
During the Trial Period, Customer will have access to standard features of the Platform. This Trial does not include custom integrations, advanced configuration services, or premium support features unless explicitly agreed upon separately by both parties in writing.
Support During Trial
Customer will receive standard email support with responses within 48 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM PST). Premium support options, including dedicated account management and priority response times, are available upon entering a paid subscription.
Payment Method
Customer must provide a valid payment method during trial registration.
No charges will be processed during the Trial Period unless Customer upgrades to a paid plan early.
Automatic Renewal and Pricing
Upon expiration of the Trial Period, Customer's access will automatically renew and transition to the plan and pricing specified in the accompanying quote. Customer's payment method will be immediately charged the full annual subscription fee as detailed in the quote, unless the quote specifies alternative payment terms.
Customer will receive an email notification fourteen (14) days prior to auto-renewal with renewal details and cancellation instructions.
Cancellation Policy
Customer may cancel the Trial at any time during the Trial Period without fees or penalties by:
• Emailing cancellation@goboon.co
• Contact your designated customer success manager.
• Using the cancellation link in pre-renewal notification emails
Cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before the Trial Period ends to avoid charges.
Grace Period
If Customer is charged due to auto-renewal, they have 48 hours from the charge date to request a full refund and account cancellation without penalty.
Data and Account Management
• Customer data and configurations will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
• All integrations and custom settings will be preserved during this retention period
• After 30 days, all Customer data will be permanently deleted per Boon's data retention policy.
Eligibility
This Trial is intended for customers subscribing or upgrading to Boon's Pro-Business or Enterprise tier unless otherwise agreed. Boon reserves the right to confirm Customer eligibility.
Success Criteria
Success for the Trial is based on Customer's satisfaction and perceived value from using the Platform.
Governing Terms
This LOI is governed by Boon's Terms of Service available at goboon.co. Upon auto-renewal, Customer agrees to Boon's current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Acknowledgment
By signing a trial quote that incorporates this LOI, Customer acknowledges understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions.
